Shipping & Delivery
All orders are packed and shipped from us within 1-4 working days. Total delivery time for all orders within Sweden is normally 1-4 working days depending on your delivery address. If the processing of your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail. Our delivery times may be slightly longer before Christmas, during the month of July or during any campaigns when we have a high load.All orders within Sweden are delivered with PostNord. As soon as your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with all the information you need to be able to track your delivery and to pick up your package. Parcels within Sweden are delivered home where possible and otherwise picked up at an agent after notification. If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at [email protected] If your package is damaged when it is delivered, contact PostNord's customer service directly. Save all packaging. The delivery address for your package cannot be changed once the order is already on its way. Butik SysterYster cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
